Tony Nilsson is an artist for those who are tired of being people pleasers and instead want to dare to stand by their own truth. After 38 years in the advertising industry, creating ideas and campaigns for others, he reached a point where something inside him fell silent. That was the start of a change - both in life and in art.

Today, Tony creates art that challenges norms around what is considered beautiful. With bold colors, distorted shapes, and a playful yet emotionally charged style, he brings to light what we often try to hide—the messy, the imperfect, and the real. His work reminds us that what we’ve been taught is “wrong” or “ugly” is often the most human and valuable thing we have. Through his art, Tony wants to inspire others to let go of the need to fit in—and instead dare to take up space, express themselves, and be heard.
