We pack and ship posters within 24 hours on weekdays, straight from our own print shop in Gothenburg. Delivery with Schenker or DHL usually takes 2–4 business days within Sweden. Orders with a frame added take 1–2 extra business days for assembly, and canvas prints are made to order and shipped within 3–4 business days, arriving within 3–6 business days in total.

Every shipment is fully trackable – you'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package leaves us.

Yes. As soon as your order is packed and handed over to the carrier, we send you an email with your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page. From there you can follow your package step by step – from our print shop in Gothenburg all the way to your door.

We work with Schenker and DHL for deliveries within Sweden, and DHL for international orders. Every shipment is insured. If you haven't received your tracking information within 24 hours of ordering on a weekday, check your spam folder or reach out to us at info@bozetto.se.

Shipping is free on all orders over 499 SEK within Sweden – and with our "buy 1 get 1 free on posters" offer, you'll easily hit that threshold. Under 499 SEK, a small shipping fee applies, shown at checkout.

We also deliver to Denmark, Norway, Finland and the rest of Europe. Exact shipping costs for your destination are calculated automatically at checkout. All packages are shipped flat in rigid protective packaging – we never roll our prints.

We offer a 60-day return policy from the day you receive your order – more than four times the EU's statutory minimum of 14 days. The return period works like this:

• Days 1–30: Full right of return with a refund to your original payment method (Klarna, card, Swish, etc.). Refunds are processed within 10 business days of us receiving and approving the return.
• Days 31–60: Right to exchange for another product of equal value, or a gift card. The gift card is valid for two years and can be used across our full range.

Return fees deducted from your refund: 99 SEK for posters up to 70×100 cm, 109 SEK for 100×140 cm, and 199 SEK for frames and canvas prints in 100×140 cm. Yes, we offer a full range of frames in both wood and metal, available directly on the product page. You can add a frame at checkout and have your poster and frame delivered together as a complete package – ready to hang.

• Oak – Natural: A warm, light wood frame with a Scandinavian feel. Great for nature motifs, illustrations and muted palettes.
• Walnut: A darker, warm wood frame with an elegant feel. Enhances artwork with deep tones and earthy colours.
• Black metal: Graphic and modern. Boosts contrast and sharpness, and suits most motifs.
• Silver and gold metal: For a more refined and artistic look.

Yes, absolutely. All our formats – 13×18, 21×30, 30×40, 40×50, 50×70, 70×100 and 100×140 cm – are international standard sizes. You can buy a matching frame from us, at IKEA, Desenio, a hardware store, or any home décor shop, without needing to special-order anything.

Note that 50×50 cm (square) requires a square frame, which can sometimes be harder to find in regular stores – for that size, we recommend buying the frame directly from us to be sure the measurements match. Mounting mats aren't included, but most of our designs are made to fill the entire format and look great without one.

We work hard to make the match as close as possible. All designs are printed in-house in Gothenburg using an advanced 12-colour system and archival-grade premium pigment ink with high UV resistance. Every print run is checked against carefully calibrated colour profiles to ensure consistent, accurate colours.

What can create a slight difference is that screens vary a great deal in brightness, contrast and colour temperature – and most consumer screens aren't calibrated to a print standard. In practice, this means the print often comes across as slightly warmer and richer in tone than on screen, which most customers find they prefer. Without a frame, self-adhesive poster strips (such as Command strips) are the best option – they hold up to several kilos, leave no marks, and can be removed without damaging the wall. Attach a strip to each of the four corners for even weight distribution.

If you have one of our wood or metal frames, a standard picture hook in the wall is all you need. Keep hanging height in mind – a good rule of thumb is to centre the artwork at eye level, roughly 145–160 cm from the floor. We offer a 60-day return policy from the day you receive your order. That gives you plenty of time to see how the poster looks in your home, in natural light and alongside your existing furniture – with no time pressure.

The guarantee covers everything: if the print doesn't match your expectations, if you picked the wrong size, or if you simply change your mind. We don't make it complicated. Contact us by email or chat and we'll help you with an exchange, gift card or refund, depending on where you are in the return period. In the case of damage or an incorrect product, full compensation always applies at no cost to you, regardless of timing.

Sustainability is built into how we work – not just a marketing term. Our paper is FSC-certified and sourced from responsibly managed forests. We print with archival-grade 12-colour premium pigment ink that contains no harmful solvents and is designed for an extremely long lifespan.

Our canvas products are printed on cotton-based canvas free from harmful chemicals. Because all production happens in-house in Gothenburg, we also cut out extra transport links and middlemen, reducing our climate footprint compared with outsourced production. Yes, all production happens in-house at our own print shop in Gothenburg. We're not a dropshipping company, and we don't use external printers. That means we own and control the entire chain ourselves – from artwork and colour calibration to printing, quality control, packing and delivery.

In-house production lets us maintain exceptionally high, consistent quality, respond quickly if issues arise, and keep delivery times short. It's also why we can offer made-to-order printing in every size without compromise – each poster is produced specifically for your order, not pulled from a warehouse of mass-produced prints.

A good starting point is that the poster should cover roughly two-thirds of the wall or piece of furniture it hangs above. If you're hanging a poster above a 200 cm sofa, the artwork should be at least 130–140 cm wide, or you can combine several posters in a gallery grouping that together fills that space.

• 13×18 / 21×30 cm: Perfect for a gallery wall, a desk, kitchen, hallway or guest bathroom.
• 30×40 / 40×50 cm: A versatile size that works in most rooms, alone or in a group.
• 50×70 cm: Our most popular size – works beautifully as a standalone statement piece in most rooms.
• 70×100 cm: Fills an entire wall with presence, great above a sofa or bed.
• 100×140 cm: Maximum impact for tall walls and large rooms.

We don't compromise on materials. Everything is printed in-house in Gothenburg using professional equipment and carefully calibrated colour profiles. Here are the exact specifications:

• Poster: FSC-certified art paper, 200 g/m², 0.26 mm thick, with a silky matte, glare-free surface. Printed with 12-colour pigment ink offering archival permanence and high UV resistance. The result is deep contrast, vivid tones and a luxurious finish that brings out every detail.
• Canvas: Premium cotton-blend canvas, 350 g/m², with a lightly textured matte finish. Mounted on a 3.2 cm deep wooden frame made of FSC-certified pine. Printed using the giclée method with pigmented archival ink for gallery-level quality and natural colour depth – just like an original on canvas.

We hand-pack every order with protective packaging and rigid materials suited to the format. Posters are always shipped flat – we never roll them. Canvas prints are protected with corner guards and bubble wrap inside a double box. Even so, damage can occasionally occur in transit.

If your poster or canvas arrives damaged, here's what to do: contact us at info@bozetto.se with your order number and photos of the damage and the packaging. We review the case right away and send a replacement at no extra cost – you never need to return the damaged item. Most claims are resolved the same day we receive the photos. You should never have to be without your art because of shipping damage.
